Human rights activist and author, comrade Paul Njoku has described the director of adoration ministry, Reverend Ejike Mbaka as a pulpit jobber with unbearable greed.
Recall that the troublesome priest while addressing his members described the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi as a stingy man who cannot become the president of Nigeria.
His unwarranted outburst against Obi drew heavy condemnations from millions of Nigerian youths and religious stakeholders across the country.
Meanwhile, Paul in a statement which a copy was made available to Newsband, said the controversial priest is known for his penchant to obtain by tricks.
He also said that Mbaka has serially violated the Nigerian constitution, rules and doctrines of the Catholic Church including Canon Law (see Canon 220 of 1983 Code of Canon Law & Canon 287) through his unbecoming actions.
He said, “Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka of the Catholic Diocese of Enugu is a political clergy and pulpit jobber with unbearable greed and insatiability for any highest partisan bidder across political parties and religion in Nigeria.
“Mbaka’s public nuisances, penchant to obtain by tricks, political lies, habitual inconsistency, incitements and silly utterances against politicians who do not give him money via his hypnotic mechanism and extortionist vocation in cassock, chasuble and vestiment is a crime against mankind and Almighty God.
“He has serially violated Nigeria constitution, rules and doctrines of the Catholic Church including Canon Law (see Canon 220 of 1983 Code of Canon Law & Canon 287).
“However, the impotence, complicity and conspiracy of his local ordinary (Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese) must henceforth not be tolerated as a civil rights organization shall soon activate a law suit against Enugu Catholic Diocese and Mbaka”.
On the issue of Mbaka apologizing to Peter Obi, activist Paul wondered how long will priest continue with his questionable apology after he initially claimed that his first apology to the former Fidelity Bank director (Peter Obi) was done under duress.
