Simon Ekpa, the dismissed radio Biafra anchorman, has urged the general public to disregard the claim by the leadership of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), that their detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu was not removed as the Director of IPOB Worldwide Limited.
The latest outburst by the self-acclaimed disciple of Nnamdi Kanu is coming after a new round of check was done by the elite investigative team of NewsBand at the official Website of Companies House with the same registration number of ‘IPOB WORLDWIDE LIMITED’ sighted in the document of incorporation.
After the recent check, NewsBand revealed that IPOB WORLDWIDE LIMITED appeared as the name of company, with a new address and 12 of January 2021 as the day it was incorporated but failed to state the Directors.
Although, IPOB legal representatives yesterday, hurriedly dismissed the sack saga, describing it as fake.
But the Finland based activist, in a series of Twits on his official Twitter handle, has debunked the claims of IPOB leadership including the one of their legal representatives.
Ekpa in the Twits said that, it is a shame that those who claim to be fighting for the restoration of defunct Biafra Republic after succeeding in removing Nnamdi Kanu from being the leader of IPOB, also came openly to refute the news even when it is obtainable online that Kanu is not longer the leader of the group.
He insisted that some powers that be in the movement unceremoniously fired Nnamdi Kanu as the Director of the group.
The Ebonyi born politician said, “Disregard those claiming that MNK was not removed as the leader of IPOB. The fact is that they removed him, we busted and exposed them and till now MNK is not the leader rather a corporate director of IPOB worldwide CIC. We will explain this in few minutes during live broadcast
“It is a shame, that those who claim to be fighting for Biafra after removing and resigning Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from being the leader of IPOB can publicly and shamelessly debunk the news even when it is obtainable online that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not the leader but Sofia Kalu.”
