A group, Peter Obi Support Network (POSN), has on Monday, April 25, 2022, launched the “Peter Obi N1000 challenge” in Abuja, News Band reports.

The event is taking place LIVE at Sandralia Hotel located in Jabi, Abuja.

According to POSN strategic coordinator, Mr. Marcel Ngoghehei, the aim of the event is to organise six million Nigerian volunteers, one million across the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria, to support Mr. Peter Obi.

Each volunteer is expected to contribute a paltry N1,000 which will, in total, amount to six billion Naira

Mr. Obi, it could be recalled, is contesting the 2023 presidential election under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
