The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), through their legal representative, Aloy Ejimakor has threatened News.band for reporting the enlistment of child soldier into the dreaded Eastern Security Network (ESN).

Aloy Ejimakor in a statement he posted on his official Facebook page asked News.band to retract the report, describing it as false, defamatory and highly prejudicial.

The statement read, “LEGAL NOTICE:
Dear Publisher of News.Band (@ElombahNews): On the Instructions of my Client (#IPOB), you’re hereby requested to immediately retract the publication titled “SHOCKING: Watch the video of IPOB-ESN child soldier displaying with AK47 rifle”. The story is false, defamatory and highly prejudicial. Thank you!”.

Meanwhile, Ejimakor in his statement could not prove how the report amounted to falsehood considering the fact that the video which the child soldier was sited displaying with AK47 rifle was recorded by the members of the Eastern Security Network in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo state.

However, ESN to all and sundry was created by the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu before his unlawful arrest.
