Jimoh Ibrahim, the lawmaker representing Ondo South senatorial district, accused the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari of destroying the Nigerian economy.

He made this statement during an interview on Channels TV on Monday.

Senator Jimoh Ibrahim accused the administration of former President of damaging the Nigerian economy, claiming that economic variables went negative under Buhari’s leadership.

He asserted that Buhari’s government did not construct railways and criticized the economic performance during his tenure.

“All these rails and airports were built by Jonathan. You can’t even pinpoint one single project that cost 1 billion dollars that Buhari actually funded.”
